Prey eyes
The coined opposite of hunter eyes. A bundle of impressions, not a measurement.
Prey eyes is looksmax slang for an eye area read as the opposite of hunter eyes: rounder, more open, with more of the upper eyelid visible and often a neutral or negative canthal tilt. Neither term is clinical, and neither has a threshold — they are impressions of a whole eye region that people then argue about, which is why the same photograph gets sorted both ways by different readers. What is actually measurable inside the bundle is measurable on its own: canthal tilt is an angle, upper eyelid exposure is a distance, and the orbital vector is a profile relationship. Those three have definitions and can be checked. The label has neither, and the honest use of it is as shorthand in a conversation rather than as a verdict about a face. Our canthal tilt tool measures the one part of it a front-facing photograph can settle.

What is my canthal tilt? The inner-to-outer eye corner angle, in degrees, per eye.
